The Lonely Motorcyclist

I was lucky enough to have a mate from Australia throwing a house warming style party at her place in Camden, so after a day taking in the sites and sounds, I ended up in Camden meeting more of the locals, which turned into an all-nighter and a train home at 0700 to Woking. When you get to be as old as me, hangovers generally last a week, but I bounced back from it after a good sleep. Camden has been the first place I've visited in the UK where I've felt that I should stay.

I may or may not have scaled this church after a few beers

I paid a special visit to Abbey Road, only to find it choc-full of tourists, everyone trying to recreate the cover of the album. I can only imagine that the very same thing will happen at other points of interest, such as at the tower in Pisa, where every dickhead and their dog thinks they are being original by taking a "look at me, I'm holding this building up" style photo.

I went back to Camden to have another Best Coffee... in the World from Terra Nera. With coffee this good around, it's simply astonishing that rubbish disgusting mass-market slop is so readily bought from the giant chains like Starbucks. Their coffee is, simply, shit, and that's the end of the story.

A rather dramatic shot

London is a really cool city, I wish I had more time to spend here.
